Available in a range of 6 sizes. The Ludlow safe has been aesthetically designed with strength in mind to protect money and other valuables against attack by criminals.
BODY
The inner and outer bodies are constructed from 1/8″/3.2mm thick high grade British steel, electrically welded together to form one solid unit. The cavity between the inner and outer bodies is packed with a solid anti-penetration specially formulated reinforced concrete fire resisting material. The total metal thickness is 1/4″/6.4mm minimum. The overall body thickness is 3 1/2″/90mm.
DOOR
The door is fabricated of 1/4″/6.4mm outer front plate. 1/4″/6.4mm hardened drill resisting steel inner plate covers the total door area. The inner door case is protected with 1 3/8″/35mm reinforced concrete. There is a 1 1/4″/6.4mm hardened drill resisting plate over the vital locking area. Total metal thickness in the door is 24mm overall. Door thickness is 41/2″/114mm.
BOLTWORK
The Ludlow is fitted with 1 1/4″/32mm solid bright drawn steel 3 way moving bolts which lock securely into recess cups in the inner lining. Fixed back dogs are of 1 1/4″/32mm diameter solid steel.
LOCKING
The door is secured with a very high quality 7 lever lock with keys supplied in duplicate. A 3 wheel keyless combination lock or multi-locking is available as an optional extra.
FINISH
All safes are finished in oyster or oyster and blue grey hammer finish
