TL\u009730<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Shield PR is the result of state-of-the-art design technology in high security safes. It received the Underwriters Laboratories TL-30 label after having passed rigorous physical testing. The Shield PR has been designed with features that provide full six sided protection against burglary attacks, that together with a sophisticated locking mechanism, provide extremely high security for all valuables.<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Safe Construction<br \/><\/b>The total thickness of the door is 140mm (5.75&#8243;). The door is made of high strength steel alloy plates, inside &amp; out, which are continuously welded together, enclosing a massive layer of anti-drill material composed of extremely hard alloys to prevent attacks on the locking mechanism. In addition there is a layer of XBS-700 MONOLITH, with superb burglary-tool resistant qualities.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The total thickness of the body is 76mm (3&#8243;). The Shield PR body is manufactured with inner and outer high strength steel alloy plates enclosing a layer of the XBS-700 MONOLITH reinforced throughout with a high strength steel grid, all of which combine to provide a formidable barrier against all forms of burglary attacks.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>System<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Shield PR is equipped with a U.L. Group 2 Combination Lock, with an option for an additional Combination Lock or a high security nine lever Key Lock.<\/li>\n<li>The boltwork and locking mechanism were precision engineered to offer maximum resistance to all types of burglary attacks, such as drills, torches and explosives.<\/li>\n<li>The safe has a three way active boltwork with fixed bolts that lock into the hinge side of the door.<\/li>\n<li>The locks and other vital mechanism areas are protected by a special glass plate which if tampered with explodes, releasing two randomly located relockers that are independent of the lock. This provides the Shield PR with a maximum security deterrent found only in much higher priced safes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fittings<br \/><\/strong>Adjustable\/Removable shelves are available for setting up the safe interior for trays of jewelery, cash and other valuables.
