SLS<\/b> Continental Mark 4 Safes<\/b><\/p>\n
The latest development in a series of high quality, light range safes, the SLS Continental Mark 4 offers improved specification to protect moderate amounts of cash and valuables against attack by force, drills and explosives on the body, in addition to the protection against oxy-acetylene attack in the door related areas. The inclusion of a zacalum alloy casting in the door, together with SLS patented ‘Superamics‘<\/sup> gives greatly increased drill protection over the vital locking areas. The SLS six-sided construction is designed to ensure equal protection for door and body. Available in six sizes, the SLS Continental Mark 4 offers complete flexibility of use and application, including a special small size \u0096 ideal for the home.<\/p>\n Safe Body \u0096 <\/b>The outer body and inner lining are constructed fron 1\/8″ (3 mm) mild steel, and there is a Wirand\/Bascrete infill giving an overall thickness of 3 1\/2″ (90mm). A special hardened steel cage surrounds the inner lining.<\/p>\n Safe Door \u0096 <\/b>The door is constructed from 1\/8″ and 1\/4″ <\/strong>(3 and 6mm) steel formed to give an overall thickness of 1 1\/2″ (38mm), enclosing a zacalum alloy casting with SLS’ Superamics‘<\/sup>, to a thickness of 1″ (25mm).<\/p>\n Boltwork \u0097 <\/b>Both the moving and fixed bolts are of 13\/16″ <\/sup>(30mm) diameter steel locking into pressed steel cups welded to the inner body lining.<\/p>\n Locking \u0097 <\/b>Locking can be effected by either an SLS 7-lever anti-drill keylock or a 3-wheel keyless combination lock. These locks are interchangeable, and dual locking can be supplied.<\/p>\n Re-Locking Devices \u0097 <\/b>Live and dead relocking devices are fitted.<\/p>\n Floor Anchoring \u0096 <\/b>Every safe is prepared with a base fixing hole for a 1\/2″ (12.5 mm) diameter high tensile bolt suitable for either concrete or wood floors.<\/p>\n Fittings<\/b> \u0096 A full range of safe furniture, i.e. shelves, lockable full-width and half-width drawers and lockable cupboards, is available.
