Eurosafe Grade V
The Chubb Eurosafe range has been designed to meet the most modern and exacting international standards ever adopted by Europe's leading safe testing authorities.
These authorities now define the security level of a safe by allocating a grade to the model under test.
The Chubb Eurosafe Grade V is certified by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB), Assemblee Pleniere des Societes d'Assurances Dommages (APSAD) and Verband der Sachversicherer (VdS) — Europe's most influential certification bodies.
The security and quality of test samples are consistently maintained during production through the operation of ISO 9001 approved quality assurance system.
Body: 77mm of Chubb D 1 Debar jointless barrier material encapsulated in an outer steel body giving a minimum overall thickness of 84mm.
Door: Overall thickness of 145mm (including the lockcase) incorporating 75mm of Chubb Dl Debar barrier material.
Boltwork: Four way engagement with 32mm moving bolts extending from three sides of the door that engage securely into the body.
Relocking Device: Two live and one dead relocking devices are fitted as standard, offering protection against sophisticated attacks including the use of explosives.
Locks: Two locks are fitted. Either or both can be seven lever keylocks or combination locks.
Base Fixing: Each Chubb Eurosafe Grade V is prepared for anchoring to the floor by means of a security fixing bolt.
