Return policy

You may return your purchase to AtoZ Safes for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Check items are in the same condition you received them in, along with the original packaging and all manuals and accessories.

There are a few items we can’t refund:

• Special services such as Professional Installation.
• Made-to-order items, such as extra cut keys and special upgraded locks.
• Products with bespoke modifications that aren’t available to order online.
• Any upgraded chargeable services,

We can’t reimburse your post and packing costs, unfortunately.

We’ll refund you once we receive your item back, but it might take up to 28 days to appear on your statement
