SAFES IN ACCORDANCE WITH EURO/VdS RESISTANCE CLASS 4 (KB)
Certification:
Heerum resistance class 4 safes are certified by both the Association of Property Damage Insurers (VdS) and the Safe and Vault Research and Testing Association. Each unit therefore has obtained dual certification.
Optional internal compartments with either single or double locking doors can be installed. For all models from HWS 42 on, safe deposit boxes for customer rental can also be installed.
Standard lock: 1 key-activated lock (SS), mechanical, in accord. with VdS Class 2 (B), 1 code lock (CS), mechanical, 3 disks, in accord. with VdS Class 2 (B)
Standard enamel: RAL 7032, pale gray tone
Special enamels: Optional
Door hinges: DIN strip, left or right

a) 2 key-activated locks (SS), mechanical
b) 2 code locks (CS), mechanical
c) 1 key-activated lock (SS), mechanical, 1 electronic code lock (ECS)

- Other alarm preparations/equipment such as coaxial cables, alarm pads, etc. can be provided.
Anchoring:
All safes with a net empty weight below 1000 kg come with standard fittings for mounting with heavy-duty anchors.
Optionally, all safes can be specially armored to protect them against penetration by diamond-tip drills. In this case, a separate inspection of the safe’s resistance to diamond drills is performed. This additional level of protection results in resistance class 5 insurance classification.
